In order to assure food safety, we are monitoring the level and building skills and 
knowledge for the precise estimations.
Our activities include free of charge monitoring days, screening events, and study meetings 
that take place several times a year. 
We are also hosting Tsuki-ich Café, a gathering of evacuees and locals once a month.
